Last week’s euphoria from Harry Styles fans following the announcement of a new album and tour has been met with anger, frustration and dismay due to the overwhelming demand for gig tickets.
On Thursday, the former One Direction singer posted on social media that he would be performing in cities across several continents and this was followed up with the release of his new song, Aperture.
Fans were teased days prior to this with cryptic HS4 at midnight posts, with speculation that the 31-year-old was ready to make a return to the music scene.
Aperture is a new single from his upcoming album Kiss All The Time, Disco Occasionally.

With excitement levels through the roof, reality soon set in when Styles confirmed he would only be playing in six cities meaning that supporters would need to travel to see their idol.
Emotions quickly changed when fans entered the Ticketmaster queue and were faced with hundreds of thousands ahead of them and once they finally made it to the tickets, fans were met with extortionate prices. From rear standing tickets costing £144 to VIP packages which include merch, entry to one of the four pits, a DISCO VIP laminate and a VIP photo op, costing from £333 to £725.

which has 6 nights in Amsterdam, 6 nights in London, 2 nights in Sao Paulo, 2 nights in Mexico City, 2 nights in Melbourne, 2 nights in Sydney and 30 nights in New York’s Maddison Square Garden.
