Tickets for the Gorillaz new UK and Ireland tour will go on sale this Friday (19th September) at 11am.
The British band has also announced on its website that its ninth album ‘The Mountain’ (stylized in Hindi as पर्वत) is to be released in March next year to coincide with the tour.
And the group will be performing at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro on the 24th of March as part of an 11-gig feast for the senses.

The official announcement came on the 11th of September along with a single for the album, ‘the happy dictator’ dropping on the band’s YouTube page
However the makers of Feels Good Inc. stealth announced the album at a phone free ‘mystery gig’ playing ten out the 15 new songs.

Furthermore, the hit collective has updated its website to include a new feature promoting its new album ‘Kong studios’ – an interactive web game based on old DVD features to where you could tour the virtual bands residents.
The digital studio from the ‘Phase One: Celebrity Takedown’ was more pristine yet old and clunky, with less 3D camera angles.

Another version of the cursed studio appeared on the ‘Phase Two: Slowboat to Hades’ composing of 2D images that showed the band’s base of operations in a state of ruin with some Halloween decorations littering the estate.
In the modern day the website only has the lobby available with the Gorillaz websites promising that “there will be more to come very soon”.
